Absolutely loved my stay! Everything was fantastic, and I honestly couldn't think of anything that needs improvement. Highly satisfied with the overall experience.

The service was very good with a quiet atmosphere. the dining room served a wide range of meals for breakfast. - the venue was in a central location close to a beautiful landmark, Pulteney Bridge.

Perfectly clean place & service-minded staff at the reception desk. Buffet breakfast was varied with a fra local specialities. Luxury bathroom and a nice size room.

Liked a really really nice stay with lovely and beautiful location to Baths beautiful attractions and a breakfast included. Well presented and well-kept room, besides I had a great view of the garden. There was hugely helpful and very helpful staff and the service was great. I recommend the place.

This fabulous and quiet hotel is not comparable, just what we needed. Staff and location are very good, we liked it. It has best possible location to see a late Medieval church. The restaurant attached makes delicious food.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of town, close to City sights, shops, and the wonderful Henrietta House.

The staff were superb - friendly, helpful, professional. The breakfast was outstanding. The location is excellent, near to Pulteney Bridge. Good value for money.

You'll feel comfy vibes at this place tucked in the heart of the city. 🏡 It's just a 15-minute walk to reach the bus stop. Inside, the room is modern, fresh, and comes with a squeaky clean bed.

The rooms here are tidy and the staff at the front desk are super helpful. the room is equipped with everything you need, and the bed is so comfortable with hypo-allergenic pillows. the bathrooms are fancy with bathtubs for a relaxing soak after a long day 🛁.

The daily rate means we should be cautious about staying several days (for this one night visit it was acceptable). Our criticisms relate to breakfast ... excellent choice of foods and service but 08:00 start is a little on the late side; and my Full English was slightly spoiled by being served on a cold plate.

Friendly and courteous staff. Great parking service. Fantastic, freshly done breakfast. There is nothing to fault it. Just keep it up.
